At Home Personal Care provides compassionate, structured support for adults who require assistance with daily living while maintaining as much independence as possible. We proudly serve a diverse population of residents and offer flexible payment options to meet the needs of families in our community.

We accept Private Pay residents as well as individuals participating in the Mississippi Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program. Our team works closely with families, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth admission process and continuity of care.

 

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• 24-hour supervision and personalized care

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Medication management and monitoring (non-skilled care with nursing oversight)

• Transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings

• Nutritious, home-style meals with accommodations for dietary needs

• Housekeeping and laundry services

• Structured daily activities and social engagement

• Behavioral support and redirection as needed

 

We provide care in a safe, home-like environment through our 4-bed and 6-bed Personal Care Homes (PCH-AL), allowing for individualized attention and stronger relationships between staff and residents.

Medicaid Waiver Services

At Home Personal Care proudly serves residents participating in the Mississippi Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program. We provide waiver-supported services designed to help individuals maintain independence while receiving the care and supervision they need in a safe, residential setting. Our team works closely with case managers and support coordinators to ensure each resident’s plan of care is followed and properly documented, with services tailored to their individual needs.

Waiver services may include assistance with activities of daily living, medication monitoring, transportation to medical appointments, and community-based outings that promote engagement and quality of life.
